DramaBerry offers short-form video content exclusively for personal viewing. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or modify any of the content presented in the app. Free users may encounter advertisements displayed by authorized partners. Premium subscription options are available and billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through store settings.
You agree not to upload unlawful material, disrupt platform functions, bypass security measures, or misuse any features for unauthorized promotional purposes. Violations of these rules may lead to account restrictions or termination.
All content within DramaBerry, including text, images, video, and software, is owned by DramaBerry or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment purposes only.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Please review the policy to understand your rights and how we protect your information.
DramaBerry may update its features or interface periodically. If you do not agree with changes, you may discontinue use. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.
DramaBerry is provided as an “as-is” service. We strive to ensure reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for damages arising from device issues, network errors, or loss of data.
This agreement is governed by applicable local laws. Disputes will be handled by the authorities of appropriate jurisdiction.
