DramaBerry respects your choice and provides a transparent process for requesting the deletion of your account. This guide explains the steps, the implications, and the conditions involved in completing your deletion request.
Before submitting a request, please ensure that your account has no active Fsubscriptions or unresolved transactions. You should also back up any personal data or preferences you may wish to retain for future reference.
Once deletion is confirmed, your account will be permanently removed. This includes your profile data, watch history, saved items, and all personalized settings. You will also lose access to any purchased or unlocked content associated with your account. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
Deletion requests are typically processed within fifteen business days. This period allows us to verify your identity and ensure that all associated activities or payment-related matters have been fully resolved.
You can request account deletion directly within the DramaBerry application through:
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Deletion may be delayed if your account is involved in an active legal inquiry or if suspicious or abnormal activity is detected. These precautions help maintain platform security and protect user rights.
After your account is deleted, any obligations arising from prior actions remain valid. If you choose to return to DramaBerry, you will need to register a new account from the beginning.
